This'll sound totally canned and New Age, but going to these things really changes your practice. There are yoga celebrities and they're such because they've got it going on. I went to a Yoga Journal conference four years ago and I still recall and use things from what I learned there. You'd really learn a lot.

I wish I could go to that. There is only so much the DVD can teach me....
