Re the 'tagging' I think it is actually real sign writing not grafitti. Looks as if it was once official signage. Doesn't it say "Parking Inside"? Which doesn't actually make a lot of sense so no maybe it doesn't say thatDefinitely looks like ??SOMETHING?? "inside"

Imagine my surprise that a woman would create a compound word from dick and shun and use it in a post on stimulation ;-)French? According to the 2000 US Census there are about 8,000 people of French descent in Reno.
